Regional FM Contracts Manager (Healthcare, PFI)
Job Description
The role\n\nAn established Facilities Management provider requires a Regional FM Contracts Manager to lead delivery across 18 primary care health centres in London. You will own operational performance, client relationships and commercial outcomes across a multi-site, hard FM and M&E portfolio. The role is hybrid with regular site presence across London, so a full UK driving licence is essential.\n\nWhat you will do\n\n * Lead contract performance across hard FM and M&E services for a multi-site healthcare estate\n\n * Deliver against PFI and PPP payment mechanisms, KPIs and SLAs.
Prevent, investigate and mitigate deductions\n\n * Drive statutory and technical compliance, including planned and reactive maintenance and asset integrity\n\n * Line manage and develop site teams and supply chain partners. Set clear objectives and complete performance reviews\n\n * Own commercial controls. Forecast and manage budgets, report monthly performance, support lifecycle planning and variations\n\n * Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact and lead review meetings and audits\n\n * Use data and CAFM reports to improve first-time fix, uptime and patient-safe environments\n\n * Champion H&S and risk management. Ensure RAMS, permits and governance are in place and followed\n\nWhat you will bring\n\n * Proven experience managing multi-site FM contracts, ideally in healthcare or other performance-driven environments\n\n * Strong understanding of PFI or PPP contracts, payment mechanisms and deduction regimes\n\n * Solid hard FM and M&E knowledge, with a track record of delivering compliant services at scale\n\n * Commercial literacy. Comfortable with budgets, forecasting, reporting and supplier performance management\n\n * Confident stakeholder manager who can lead meetings, influence outcomes and resolve issues quickly\n\n * Full UK driving licence and the ability to be on site across London each week\n\nWhat’s on offer\n\n * £55,000 to £65,000 base salary, plus company vehicle or car allowance\n\n * Hybrid working with autonomy and visible impact across a critical healthcare portfolio\n\n * Career progression with an established FM provider\n\nApply with your CV.
