Job Description:

A Regional Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of running our 7Brew Stands. This role includes regular inspections, ongoing maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment and machines receive proper preventive care.

In this position, you will coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to the company’s standards. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through are essential.

The Regional Facilities Manager reports directly to the VP of Operations.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of stands to ensure they meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
  • Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance for all equipment, including machines, grinders, coolers, and ice machines.
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Track and manage facility-related budgets for repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts needed for repairs.
  • Develop and enforce maintenance schedules on equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and facility maintenance.

Requirements:

· Ability to work late or “on call” as required by repairs

· Able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
