Overview
Modjeski and Masters, Inc is looking for a
Regional Director
with Ohio Department of Transportation experience.
As the Ohio
Regional Director , you'll be responsible for pursuing and securing work to expand Modjeski and Masters’ footprint into Ohio. You'll have opportunities to interact directly with clients and participate in marketing efforts to benefit both the Ohio Regional Business Unit and the Company. In addition, you will actively engage in the management and delivery of projects within Ohio, build and develop a team of engineers for the Ohio Regional Business Unit, and effectively manage the Ohio RegionalBusiness Unit. The Ohio Regional Business Unit Director will report directly to the President or Assigned Officer.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Meet Level 2 Bridge Design per the requirement of the Ohio Department of Transportation
Registered Professional Engineer (Ohio)
15 years of bridge design experience
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Masters
Strong operational and project management skills
Strong relationships with regional bridge/highway owners, engineers, and contractors
Strong knowledge and experience with traditional and alternative project delivery methods
Solid understanding of the project development and marketing process
Capable of developing responsible labor estimates
Ability to interact and coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines as well as clients or subconsultants
Comprehensive technical engineering knowledge, including knowledge of all applicable codes, specifications and current research initiatives
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage and communicate the Ohio Regional Business Unit’s Operations
Secure ample work and establish staff for the Ohio Regional Business Unit
Engage in the pursuit of projects for the Ohio Regional Business Unit
Actively participate in marketing efforts to benefit both the Ohio Regional Business Unit and Company
Actively engage in the management and delivery of projects within the Ohio Regional Business Unit
Actively engage in the professional development of staff
