In This Position, You Will Get ToWHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:Support Sales Team and Customers on technical projects / questionsDesign and develop new product line extensions in collaboration with the Product Management TeamIncrease CADDY knowledge of EU customers (contractors) through direct interactionExpectation 20-30% of time in field with CustomersHeavy Focus in Germany, France, UK, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, NorwayDocument Product Applications through observational VOC (Voice of Customer) – particularly identifying what customer values and installation challenges/opportunitiesDocument (by country) relevant EMEA Codes and StandardsDevelop Matrix by country showing codes/approvals and position of leading competitors compared with CADDYActively communicate with Sales Team, Product Managers and EngineersPromote new products in EMEA and assist with new product launches – including initial sales callsDemonstrate nVent Win Right Values in all business interactionsYou HaveBachelor degree level or higher – mechanical engineering degree preferredApplication Engineer Experience [3-5 years]Being an Application Engineer in CADDY means being able to handle a lot of different things at once and deliveringYou are a good communicator able to adapt easily to an international audience. You enjoy working as part of a team, and are also able to work autonomously demonstrating keen initiative.
