Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them to prevent system failures.
• Install, configure, and commission new refrigeration equipment, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our refrigeration systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal refrigeration or HVAC training program is a plus.
• 5 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician, with a proven track record of successfully maintaining and repairing commercial refrigeration systems.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Nights as needed
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• HVAC: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• EPA Type II (Preferred)
