We’re seeking highly skilled Refrigeration Service Engineer’s across the South West with proven ammonia refrigeration experience to join one of the UK’s leading refrigeration specialists.\n\nThis is a chance to become part of a business that’s expanding rapidly across food production, brewing, and dairy and they’re building a close-knit team of experts who want to grow together long-term.\n\nThe Role as Refrigeration Service Engineer\n\n * Service, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of commercial & industrial refrigeration systems.\n\n * Hands-on with ammonia plant (compressors, condensers, chillers, etc.).\n\n * Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical faults (PLC training provided if required).\n\n * Work across a variety of sites including food production plants, healthcare, and manufacturing.\n\n * Provide accurate service reports and maintain strong client communication.\n\nWhat We’re Looking for in a Refrigeration Service Engineer\n\n * Experienced Refrigeration Engineer (industrial/commercial background)\n\n * Ammonia refrigeration expertise is essential\n\n * Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills\n\n * CO₂/hydrocarbons knowledge an advantage (not essential)\n\n * Full UK driving licence\n\nWhat’s on Offer for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer\n\n * Salary - £50,000+ and paid overtime\n\n * Paid door-to-door travel\n\n * Fully equipped van (personal use permitted)\n\n * Laptop, phone & full PPE\n\n * Career support, training and progression\n\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Private healthcare\n\n * Salary sacrifice pension\n\nIf you’re an experienced Refrigeration Engineer with ammonia knowledge looking for your next challenge in the South West, we’d love to hear from you
