Refrigeration Installation Engineer\n\nFull job description\n\nIf you are skilled in refrigeration installation and are eager to work on the most exciting projects in the South-West, we want to hear from you!\n\nMy client\n\nMy client, provides premium building service solutions to leading food manufacturers and distributors in the Southwest of England. The business also operates a renewable division that provides low-carbon heating and cooling solutions to commercial and domestic customers.\n\nThe Role\n\nThey are seeking a Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with refrigeration installation and a strong understanding of electrical systems and customer service skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Perform refrigeration installations, including interpreting construction drawings and specifications.\n\n * Utilise electrical knowledge and appropriate braising techniques.\n\n * Collaborate with the team to achieve project and company goals.\n\n * Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.\n\n * Travel to different sites based in and around Exeter, with occasional overnight stays required.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Experience in refrigeration installation, preferably within food manufacturing.\n\n * Good electrical knowledge.\n\n * Commissioning experience is advantageous but not essential.\n\n * Proven strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.\n\n * Ability to work independently or as part of a team.\n\n * Good communicator, written and verbal.\n\n * Ability to work under pressure to a high standard.\n\n * City and Guilds F-Gas qualification (or equivalent).\n\n * IPAF certification, Level 2 NVQ and Braising certifications are beneficial.\n\n * Full UK driving licence.\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Competitive £35,000 - £48,000 salary, depending on experience.\n\n * Ample overtime opportunities (weekday overtime paid at 1.5 times the normal rate and double time on weekends).\n\n * 28 days paid holiday per year.\n\n * Extra holiday for long-term service and perfect attendance.\n\n * Birthday day-off.\n\n * Company pension with enhanced contributions after 3 months of service.\n\n * Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression.\n\n * Cycle to work scheme\n\n * Vitality health insurance.\n\nHow to Apply:\n\nIf you’re interested, please send your CV asap to George for a discrete chat.\n\n_________________________________________________________________________________________\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\n\nPay: £35,000.00-£48,000.00 per year\n\nSchedule:\n\n * Monday to Friday\n\n * Overtime\n\nExperience:\n\n * Refrigeration Installation: 2 years (required)\n\nWork Location: In person
