Recycling Process Operator

The Role:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Recycling Process Operator to join our recycling unit in Norwich. In this role, you will manage the recycling process and oversee a small team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the plant. You will also coordinate material flow and support production schedules issued to the extrusion unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage recycle processing equipment within a manufacturing environment
Supervise and support team members within the recycling unit
Coordinate recycling product flow and issue materials to the extrusion unit
Monitor equipment performance and material quality
Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets
Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental standards
Shift Patterns & Salary
Monday – Thursday 06:00am-15:15pm, Friday 06:00am-13:30pm
£31,890.30 per annum
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Supervisory experience in a recycling, manufacturing, or production environment
Knowledge of process operations or plant management is an advantage
Commitment to safety and quality standards
