Position: Recruitment Consultant – Technical Engineering / Trainee Recruitment Consultant



Salary & Package: £24,000 – £26,000 + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses + Career Development



Location: Fareham, Hampshire



As a Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training to build and manage your own client and candidate base. You’ll learn how to effectively identify skilled professionals, engage with businesses, and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

Sourcing candidates through our CRM, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms

Actively reaching out to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate new business



*



Building and maintaining strong client relationships through meetings and ongoing communication



*



Managing the end-to-end hiring process — from screening candidates to offer management

Taking part in internal and external training to enhance your professional skills



You’ll be trained in full-cycle (“360-degree”) recruitment, meaning you'll have autonomy over your desk and be involved in both candidate delivery and client development.
