Recruiting Specialist – Hybrid

Join a growing construction-focused company as a Recruiting Specialist! This role is ideal for a hands-on, relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys finding and securing top talent across field and professional roles. Located in a southwest suburb of Cleveland.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines for civil construction and office positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet workforce and succession needs.
• Represent the company at hiring events and help strengthen the employer brand.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (civil construction experience a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
