Kustom is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager for our office servicing the Seattle region.
Location: Lynnwood, WA
Salary Range: $80k - $100k + Commissions

Highlights of the role:
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and nurture relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Execution:
- Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety.
- Conduct regular site visits, oversee quality, safety, and compliance, and coordinate with the Project Director.
- Manage materials and labor, ensuring efficient resource use and adherence to project budgets.
- Obtain necessary permits and manage building inspections to comply with regulatory and code requirements.
- Customer Experience:
- Maintain open communication with customers, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering quality and timely results.
- Operational Duties:
- Document project progression and provide necessary updates and reports.
- Monitor project budgets in collaboration with the Project Director.
- Ensure complete closure of projects and preparation for final invoicing.
What you will bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in construction and/or restoration is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree .
- Ability to interpret project-related documents like scopes of work and blueprints.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license in alignment with company policies.
