What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee all aspects of restoration and reconstruction projects from assessment to final walkthrough
  
  
• Prepare and manage accurate scopes and estimates using Xactimate and other digital tools
  
  
• Lead crews on-site and coordinate with subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly
  
  
• Communicate clearly with clients, insurance reps, vendors, and your internal team
  
  
• Monitor budgets, materials, and equipment to stay on schedule and under cost
  
  
• Maintain a clean digital and paper trail to support proper billing and documentation
  
  
• Respond to leads and high-priority calls quickly and professionally
  
  
• Help recruit, hire, and train team members as we continue to grow
  
  

What You Bring:

• 1+ year in a management or supervisory role
  
  
• 3+ years in the restoration or construction industry
  
  
• Experience with Xactimate is required
  
  
• IICRC certifications are a plus
  
  
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
  
  
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, on ladders, and at height
  
  
• Physically capable of repetitive motion: lifting, pulling, carrying
  
  
• Able to work around cleaning agents and equipment
