Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Rebar Fabricator/Laborer to join our shop team. This position is responsible for measuring and assembling rebar according to fabrication drawings and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fabrication or construction, but we’re also willing to train motivated individuals that lack the experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and fabricate rebar according to shop drawings and instructions

• Operate rebar fabrication equipment safely and efficiently

• Tag and bundle completed rebar orders accurately for delivery or pickup

• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Assist other team members in the shop as needed

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous rebar, steel fabrication, or construction experience (, not required)

• Ability to read and interpret fabrication tags, cut lists, and simple shop drawings

• Comfortable using measuring tools and operating shop equipment

• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
