Barnsco Texas is hiring an experienced Rebar Detailer / Project Manager to lead critical project detailing efforts and ensure precise, timely fabrication and delivery of reinforcing steel. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

• Produce clear, accurate rebar placing drawings and bar lists for fabrication

• Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on delivery schedules

• Resolve detailing, fabrication, and on-site field issues as they arise

• Track project changes and maintain organized documentation

• Support project success through communication, problem-solving, and service excellence

• Ensure all drawings and lists meet company and industry standards

✅ What You Bring:

• Previous experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation ()

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Working knowledge of rebar detailing standards and construction drawings

• Excellent math, organization, and multi-tasking skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Ability to work overtime or weekends when needed

• Associate’s degree or higher ()

• Bilingual English/Spanish ()
