Role Description:
The Head of Asset Management is responsible for overseeing and managing an organization's portfolio of assets, ensuring optimal performance and growth. This includes financial assets, real estate, and other valuable properties. The role involves developing and executing asset management strategies, analyzing market trends, and leading a team of professionals to achieve financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset performance and returns.
- Monitor and evaluate asset performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence for potential investments.
- Make recommendations for investment decisions based on in-depth analysis.
- Create and manage budgets for the asset portfolio.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting asset management.
- Utilize market insights to inform asset management strategies.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect asset value.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in asset management reporting to senior leadership.
- Strong financial analysis and investment evaluation skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Package:
- Up to £120K DOE + Benefits + Bonus
