We're seeking a dynamic AI Project Manager to lead the integration and optimization of artificial intelligence solutions across our real estate operations. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of real estate innovation, driving efficiency and competitive advantage through strategic AI implementation.

As our AI Project Manager, you'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and practical real estate applications. You'll identify opportunities for AI integration, manage implementation projects from conception to deployment, and ensure our team maximizes the value of AI tools in daily operations.

You're a tech-savvy project manager who understands both the potential of AI and the realities of real estate business operations. You're excited about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and have the communication skills to bring others along on the journey.

Compensation:

$20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end AI project implementation across marketing, operations, client services, and transaction management
• Evaluate, select, and integrate AI tools and platforms tailored to real estate workflows
• Train team members on AI tools and develop best practices for adoption
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Collaborate with agents, marketing, and operations teams to identify automation opportunities
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies relevant to real estate
• Measure ROI and performance metrics for AI initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology implementation
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI tools and applications (ChatGPT, automation platforms, CRM AI features, etc.)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Real estate industry experience or strong willingness to learn the business

Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Experience with real estate technology platforms (MLS systems, CRMs like Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, etc.)
• Background in change management and team training
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
• Familiarity with marketing automation and lead systems
