Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring R&D Engineering Techs for our client in the Westborough, MA, area.  In this role you will work from CAD drawings / Schematics to build complex medical devices.  Also, you will work to help define written assembly instructions that provide detailed methods and sequence of assembly. In this job you will: 

• Assemble and fabricate products using company-supplied hand and power tools.
• Interface with Engineering and Quality Assurance regarding assembly requirements, workmanship standards and customer product specifications.
• Assemble electrical boxes and troubleshooting as required.
• Conduct final assembly, functionality testing, hi pot testing and final calibration.
• Integrate sub-assemblies, electrical panels, chassis, power supplies and connecting cables.
• Inspect and calibrate final products as needed
• Assemble products per assembly process specifications.
• Performed processes utilizing hand tools and power tools such as calipers and micrometers, torque wrenches, strippers, and crimpers.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED with experience, prefer technical school.
• Strong attention to detail, focus, and highest standards for quality.
• PCB Assembly experience
• Electro-Mechanical Assembly Experience
• Working with complex assemblies
• Understand and read CAD drawings and Schematics
• Ability to read BOMs and Work Instructions
• Experience with complex wiring. 
• Must have fine motor skills
• Able to analyze problems and offer solutions.
• Good communication skills (English), both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clean room environment experience a plus.

Pay Range $26-$28 per hour (depending on experience)
