Salary: Base $120,000 - 150,000

Job Description

We are seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to support the development, testing, and optimization of advanced radar sensing systems. This role is highly hands-on and focused on improving radar algorithm performance, system reliability, and real-world signal interpretation.

You will work closely with RF hardware, embedded software, and systems engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement across radar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize radar system configurations and algorithms
• Troubleshoot radar performance issues across lab and field environments
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams
• Analyze and interpret radar data using Python and/or MATLAB
• Document system performance, findings, and recommendations
• Support ongoing product development and deployment efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience with radar systems, RF engineering, or signal processing
• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and test equipment
• Experience with Python and/or MATLAB for data analysis
• Programming experience with C/C++ or Python
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
