Job Description: Job DescriptionDescription:This role will be responsible for providing Leadership and driving execution for the three Value Chain Planning scrum teams supporting Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Forecasting (Demantra) and Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP)Primary Responsibility Accountable for delivering on commitments for the 3 VCP scrum teams supporting Planning, Forecasting and S&OP Applies knowledge of management, technical expertise, software development methodologies, best practices, and proven processes to lead a small team of software developers. Responsible for hiring and retaining talent for services, solutions, and product development execution. Leads with the understanding of the strength that diversity brings resulting from a team with varied experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives. Grows talent depth and breadth in alignment with organizational needs Foster an inclusive environment with a diverse workforce Role mode active engagement on the LEAN journey through daily management, Kaizen, problem solving and standard work Basic Qualification/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) 10+ years of experience in software development/IT 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS ASCP, VCP, Unix, and PL/SQL Strong technical experience within Oracle ASCP, Demantra Strong oral and written communication skills.
