Quantity Surveyors Mechanical- Pipeline

Experience in Senior Level Pipeline QS(proficient in the piping andpipeline activities) working experience toenable the work Closely with Field Engineering Procurement CostControl Construction and contracts department to ensure Quantityand Cost control work flow established for the Project on alllevels to ensure the risk identified during Project period based onthe Project Contract document. Project schedule Project quantityand Project deliverables to avoid schedule and costimpact.

Experiencing in  submitting theFortnight report on the identification of all Risk Envisagedrelated to the Scope Specification. Documents related to theProject and also to submit Periodically the Risk Mitigation planbased on the EPC/ Contractor performance.

Shouldbe capable to Develop Strategic plan and provide fortnight reportto management on Risk identified against the Quantum of the workand to submit the comprehensive plans to Mitigate the Risk toexecute the projects within time and budgetedparameters

Able to work independently to reviewand provide report against Claim raised by EPC/ ImplementationContractor / Subcontractor and advise Cost Controlled Solution toManagement. Timely crosschecking the MTO with AFC drawings andupdating the procurement team on any additional requirements tocomplete the project

Should understandthe  Project Design methods & proven abilities forAnchoring best construction method to ensure project completionwithin the schedule & cost based on Continuous Monitoringof the Site activities.

Practical experinece inhandling entire project strategic life cycle with competency ondevising Quantity and material Scheduled  to implementwith  Site management based on the Material deliveryschedule Construction schedule in line with Field progress forpipeline Offplot  OnPlot on interacting with otherdiscipline of Piping Mechanical Civil E&I Hook up Manifoldflow line 3rd party Tiein and 3rd party interfaces for Schedule andCist Control

Should be able to work Closely withField Engineering and interact with other discipline QS to enablethe construction methodologies Executed as per project requirementwith concerned authorities and to control the vendor suppliedmaterial and 3rd Party Material.  prepared and finalizedthe Material Requisition packages for  Tiein during Construction stage for  preshutdown &shutdown activities ( Pipeline. Piping E & I Tieins)

Practical experience to work on Fieldchanges for respective FCN DCN  approval with Companyagainst design Engineering Contractor site reports interpretationfor the material Control which includes the Red Line Field Change& Design Change based on the Site variation and also forthe Test pack approval & As Buil requirement. Fieldverification of Tie in prior to demolition / construction for theConstruction package endorsement beforeExecution

Should have extensive work experiencein Installation Work package (IWP) and the Workface planning (WFP)for organizing and delivering (AWP) advanced work packagemethodology by implementing the IWP Work package with System / SubSystems during construction phase by Disciplines Areas / System /Sub system with Milestones as per Approved Constructionschedule.

Expert in the Quantification ofPipelines Flowlines and Hook up including interacting andcoordination with other discipline of civil   Electrical& Instrumentationworks

Qualifications :

• Bachelorof Engineering. (B.E ) In Pipeline / Mechanical Engineering / B.S(Technical) in the Recognised university (Full time)
