Site Surveyor – Wolverhampton\n\nSite Surveyor required in Wolverhampton for an immediate start with a leading planned maintenance contractor. Join a growing commercial team delivering long-term social housing projects with excellent career progression, stability and a permanent full-time opportunity.\n\nJob Description\n\nProducing applications, accounts and invoices accurately and within agreed timescales across planned maintenance projects in Wolverhampton\n\t\nMonitoring commercial performance and exercising effective cost control to ensure the Site Surveyor function operates efficiently and profitably\n\t\nManaging commercial WIP and debt levels in line with company and client targets within the social housing sector\n\t\nLiaising with client representatives across Wolverhampton and the wider Midlands region to ensure contractual compliance and service delivery standards are achieved\n\t\nSupporting monthly management reporting, valuations and invoice production within 9 calendar days of works completion for planned maintenance contracts\n\nSkills / Qualifications\n\nExperience as a Site Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Surveyor within the social housing or planned maintenance sector\n\t\nFinancial and commercial awareness with strong cost control and reporting experience in Wolverhampton or surrounding areas\n\t\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships\n\t\nKnowledge of maintenance and property management legislation relevant to planned works and housing contracts\n\t\nFull UK driving licence essential due to travel between office locations and client sites across the Midlands\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established contractor delivering long-term social housing projects across Wolverhampton, offering career development, stability and a supportive working environment.
