Job Description

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Civil business based in Hertfordshire.\n\nSome of your roles and responsibilties, will be as follow:\n\n * Pre-construction;\n\n * Assist with tendering & estimating & work winning\n\n * Tender / prestart meetings\n\n * Subcontract reviews / negotiations\n\n * Project commercial management of 2-5 projects ranging up to £2m each;\n\n * Cost & value reporting / forecasting\n\n * Applications for payment\n\n * Change management (NEC & JCT)\n\n * Contract administration\n\n * Procurement\n\n * Reconciliations\n\n * Record keeping\n\n * Final account agreements\n\nFor more information please contact Sam Leeson on (phone number removed)
