Quantity Surveyor – £55,000–£65,000

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + package
Our client is a specialist main contractor delivering high-quality restoration, conservation, and refurbishment works across some of London’s most historic and prestigious buildings. With over 25 years’ experience in the sector, they have built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-term client relationships.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful delivery from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

Managing project costs from inception to completion
Procurement and management of subcontract packages
Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Cost reporting and forecasting
Working closely with site teams and senior management
Supporting pre-construction and tender processes Requirements

5–7 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Experience within construction (main contracting background welcomed)
Exposure to new build, residential, and refurbishment projects
Heritage or restoration experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
Ambitious and looking to grow within a business long-term Package

£55,000 – £65,000 salary
25 days annual leave
5% pension
