Location: Gloucester Office

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 (DOE) + Package + Benefits

Hours: Full-time, Permanent



Quantity Surveyor for clean and wastewater projects across the Thames region?

This is your opportunity to join a growing utilities and civil engineering team delivering vital infrastructure that keeps water networks flowing.



As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be based from the Gloucester office but will manage clean and wastewater schemes across the Thames area. You’ll take ownership of cost control, contract administration, and commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and on time.



This is a role where your commercial awareness and attention to detail truly make a difference. Working closely with Project Managers and operational teams, you’ll help shape successful project outcomes from tender to final account.



What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in utilities or civil engineering

Knowledge of clean water, wastewater or infrastructure projects



*



Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills



*



Familiarity with relevant contracts desirable



*



Excellent communication and reporting ability



*



Full UK driving licence
