The Quantity Surveyor\nrole
Ideally,\nyou'll;
- be a recognised Quantity\nSurveyor with strong commercial awareness with a focus on\nprofit and cash
- Working together to input\ninto Work Scope Documents/ Procurement of Enabling Work\nPackages with the Client Procurement Team.
- have prior experience with CM\nprojects
- have experience managing a range of\ncommercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract\nadministration, variations and management of subcontract works\npackages through to final account.
- be keen to\nminimise risk, cost and maximise value by cost checking and\nanalysis of labour, plant and materials.
- Broad\nconstruction industry experience covering many and various sectors\nand markets in commercial positions with industry main contracting\norganisations

Your profile

- Large scale major project experience /\nConstruction Management experience
- Strategy – Can disseminate a breadth of internal and\nexternal data and apply sound judgement regarding the strategic\ndirection of the business
- You will be degree\nqualified in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or a related\nsubject
