(Senior) Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor delivering multiple projects across the South East. They're a growing company with a variety of projects on site and on the horizon, mix of new build and refurb between £1m and £20m in value.

Duties:

• Manage commercial aspects of 2-3 live projects
• Procurement of subcontract packages
• Valuations, variations, CVRs and reporting
• Final accounts and cost forecasting
• Liaison with operational teams and clients

Experience Required:

• Main contractor background
• Multi-site/project experience
• Strong contractual and commercial awareness
• Excellent organisation and negotiation skills
