Involve Recruitment are partnering with a busy housing construction contractor specialising in the delivery of high-quality residential developments. With a strong pipeline of new-build housing projects, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our clients commercial team and support the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities * Prepare cost plans, budgets, and estimates for housing projects * Manage subcontractor procurement, including tendering, analysis, and appointment * Administer contracts, valuations, variations, and final accounts * Monitor project costs and cash flow, identifying and mitigating commercial risks * Prepare and submit interim valuations and payment applications * Assess subcontractor applications and manage payments * Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasts to senior management * Ensure compliance with contract terms, company procedures, and industry standards * Liaise with site teams, clients, consultants, and suppliers Skills & Experience * Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field * Proven experience working with a housing / residential construction contractor or commercially managed housing schemes. * Ideally experience managing schemes from £3 - £12 million.
