Quantity Surveyor – Specialist Interiors Contractor



£60,000 – £65,000 + Package

High Wycombe (projects across Bucks, Beds, Herts & North West London)



About the Company



We’re representing a growing specialist interiors contractor based in High Wycombe, renowned for delivering high-quality internal packages across the residential and commercial sectors.



The company works in partnership with housebuilders on major residential developments, as well as Tier 1 main contractors on complex commercial projects. Their scope of works includes dry lining, decorating, tiling, and firestopping, with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and project delivery excellence.



The Role



As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role within a busy and expanding commercial team, taking full commercial responsibility across multiple live projects from pre-construction through to final account.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage the commercial aspects of multiple interior fit-out projects.

Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports.



*



Liaise closely with clients, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.



*



Support procurement, contract administration, and project cost control.



*



Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with housebuilders and main contractors.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the interiors, drylining, or fit-out sectors.



*



Strong understanding of subcontractor valuations, variations, and cost control.

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and client liaison skills.

Full UK driving licence (regional travel required).
