Job Description

Role Overview As a Quantity Surveyor , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of multiple residential and affordable housing projects. Working within the Commercial team, you’ll manage all cost-related and contractual aspects of construction projects—from procurement through to final accounts—while maintaining compliance with company and contract standards. Working closely with and overseeing an Assistant Quantity Surveyor between you, you will over see up to 4 projects.
