About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Quanty Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join



As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing project finances, managing contracts, and ensuring cost-effective project execution while maintaining quality standards. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-value projects across various sectors e.g., construction, infrastructure, commercial, residential.



Key Responsibilities



✔️ Managing project budgets, cost control, and forecasting.

✔️ Preparing and reviewing tender documentation and contracts.

✔️ Conducting risk assessments and value engineering.

✔️ Negotiating with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

✔️ Overseeing valuations, variations, and final accounts.

✔️ Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.

✔️ Providing mentorship and guidance to junior QS team members.



Key Requirements



✅ BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

✅ Minimum 5+ years post graduate experience in quantity surveying.

✅ Strong knowledge of JCT contracts.

✅ Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

✅ Proficiency in cost management software (e.g. Bluebeam) and MS Office.

✅ Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) , but not essential.
