The Opportunity\n\nFetch recruitment are currently recruiting for a solid Quantity Surveyor to join a premier contractor in Oxfordshire. This isn't volume house building; my client specializes in high-spec, bespoke refurbishments for High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) on projects with values typically up to £5m.\n\nIf you have a background in the luxury market and understand the level of detail and discretion required when dealing with private clients, this is a top role with a highly respected firm.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be responsible for the commercial management of high-end residential estates and period property remodels. We need someone who is commercially sharp and can manage the complexities of bespoke, "white-glove" construction projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Full commercial management of luxury refurbishments from procurement to final accounts.\n\n * \n\n Managing specialist subcontractor packages (bespoke joinery, stonework, AV, etc.).\n\n * \n\n Providing detailed and accurate cost reporting.\n\n * \n\n Maintaining strong professional relationships with HNWIs, architects, and consultants.\n\nThe Essentials\n\n * \n\n Sector Experience: Proven track record in the UK High-End Residential market.\n\n * \n\n Project Type: Experience with high-spec refurbishments and luxury estates is a must.\n\n * \n\n Project Values: Capable of managing projects up to £5m.\n\n * \n\n Skillset: Strong negotiation skills, first-principle estimating knowledge, and an eye for architectural detail.\n\n * \n\n Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Oxfordshire.\n\nWhat’s on Offer?\n\n * \n\n Salary: Competitive base salary (circa £60k–£75k) based on experience.\n\n * \n\n Benefits: Full corporate package including car allowance, pension, and healthcare.\n\n * \n\n Culture: A stable, professional environment with a rock-solid pipeline of prestigious work
