Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a background in New Build Housing?\n\nAre you looking to join a privately owned, respected & trusted developer?\n\nApproach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a respected and trusted, independently owned housing developers in the UK, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their office in Warwickshire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be play a pivotal role in ensuring the commercial success of our developments by working clsoely with our operations and commercial teams to deliver projects to deadlines, in budget and to a high standard.\n\nWhat's in it for you?\n\n * Competitve basic salary up to £58,000 (D.O.E)\n\n * Generous car allowance sum\n\n * 26 days annual leave + bank holidays\n\n * Private medical care & life assurance\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\n * Prior experience as a QS, within a new build housing setting.\n\n * Ability to form strong working relationships\n\n * Good planning and time management skills\n\n * Excellent negotiating skills\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Maintain budget control\n\n * Produce accurate bi-monthly valuations\n\n * Procure sub-contractors, good and materials\n\n * Payment approvals and processing\n\n * Prepare valuation reports\n\n * Liaise with site team and sub-contractors\n\n * Provide support to the commercial department\n\nIF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU, APPLY NOW
