Quantity Surveyor, Buckingham\n\nAn opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a chartered consultancy in Buckingham providing Quantity Surveying support services to some of the UK’s leading construction companies.\n\nThey work largely on the contractor side, delivering refurbishment and infrastructure works across real estate, MOD, MOJ and wider public sector estates. Projects include social housing, central government buildings, commercial offices, defence estates and prison refurbishment. The role is office based in Buckingham with regular site visits. The Quantity Surveyor will work within a large, experienced commercial team and support a range of clients on live schemes.\n\nDay to day responsibilities include cost management, valuations, variations, reporting, procurement support and general commercial duties across refurbishment projects. The role offers exposure to a diverse workload and the chance to develop within a supportive team.\n\nHigh level security clearance will be required for some projects.
