NRL are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their clients team on a permanent basis.

Join a well‑established and highly respected organisation delivering major mechanical and electrical (M&E) installations across commercial and construction sectors. With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality, safety, and technical excellence, the company continues to grow and is now seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its commercial team.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and financial aspects of construction projects from tender through to final account. Working from the Stockton-on-Tees office, you will support project delivery teams, ensure accurate cost control, and contribute to the successful completion of major M&E installation works.
Prepare, manage, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans
Conduct detailed measurement, valuations, and cost analysis
Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract administration
Assess and certify subcontractor applications and variations
Prepare monthly CVRs, financial reports, and cashflow projections
Support project teams with commercial guidance and risk management
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Assist with final accounts and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle
