Quantity Surveyors - Infrastructure Sector
Location: Manchester (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits package
Contract Type: Permanent

I'm currently partnering with a leading Construction Consultancy that's experiencing sustained growth within their **Infrastructure division**. They're now seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors (from Intermediate through to Senior level) to join their established Manchester team.
The Role
You'll be working on a diverse range of infrastructure projects across the roads, highways, aviation, utilities, and rail sectors, supporting both public and private clients. This is a great opportunity to play a key part in delivering some of the region's most high-profile schemes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver all aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
Administer contracts under NEC and other standard forms
Manage project budgets and control costs throughout project lifecycles
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders
Support the development of junior staff (for senior applicants)
About You
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Experience within infrastructure sectors (highways, utilities, rail, aviation, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts is essential
- Ideally chartered (MRICS) or working towards it
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
