Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Manchester to work on a variety of projects. This role would suit an ambitious, driven Quantity Surveyor looking to progress their career and run their own projects. With a strong pipeline of work, this is a great time to join the team.

 \n\nResponsibilities: \n\nManage all costs relating to construction projects, from initial estimates through to final accounts.\n\t\nPrepare and maintain cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.\n\t\nLiaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery.\n\t\nPrepare bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and tender documentation.\n\t\nAnalyse and evaluate contractor quotations and tenders.\n\nRequirements:\n\nA degree in Quantity Surveying\n\t\nJCT and NEC knowledge\n\t\nPrevious experience working for a main contractor as a Quantity Surveyor\n\t\nAbility to work on own as well as part of a team\n\t\nTo be able to travel to development sites as and when required\n\t\nFull UK driving licence \n\nBenefits:\n\nCar allowance or company vehicle \n\nHow to apply:\n\nPlease submit an up to date copy of your CV and one of the team will be in contact to discuss further
