Our client is a RC Frame, Groundwork, Demolition & Civil engineering contractor that delivers a wide range of specialist services across Civil, Infrastructure, Residential & Commercial sectors. The company operates as a group of companies, each focusing on different areas, this allows them to offer an end-to-end solution on complex projects.
About the Role
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £15m.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
About the requirements
* 3+ years experience working within Quantity Surveying
* Previous background working within RC Frame and Groundworks
* Degree educated within Quantity Surveying

Salary range of £60,000 to £80,000 per annum.
