Your new role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key commercial role in the delivery of public-sector projects across education, healthcare and community infrastructure. Responsibilities will include:

• Commercial management of live projects from pre contract through to final account
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages
• Cost control, forecasting and reporting
• Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations and final accounts
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners

Projects are well resourced and sensibly programmed, allowing you to focus on quality delivery rather than firefighting.

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
• Exposure to public sector or traditionally procured projects
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
