Quantity Surveyor - Water AMP8\n\nLocation: London (Flexible Hybrid)\n\nWork Type: Permanent\n\nJoin a leading UK infrastructure and water‑sector delivery partner within their Commercial team. Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial management of major projects, contributing to cost control, financial reporting, and contractual administration across assigned works.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist in delivering quantity surveying duties across projects and work packages.\nLiaise with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyse, and manage project costs.\nWork collaboratively with the client to help ensure commercial and project requirements are met.\nSupport the administration of the main contract, including identification and issuance of contractual notices and correspondence.\nPrepare and issue subcontract documentation.\nAssist in monitoring subcontractor performance and compliance.\nPrepare applications for payment and support agreement of valuations.\nContribute to accurate project cost and value reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.\nSupport continuous professional development through industry engagement and awareness of sector innovation.\nFoster a collaborative, solution‑focused working environment and maintain effective working relationships.\nCarry out additional duties as reasonably required and appropriate to the role.\nPresent a professional and positive image in all internal and external interactions.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nExperience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction, infrastructure, water, or a related sector.\nSound understanding of contract administration and core commercial processes.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to manage costs and contribute to accurate reporting.\nConfident communicator with the ability to work effectively with satakeholders and the supply chain.\nProactive, collaborative, and committed to professional development and continuous improvement.\n\nApply now to support the delivery of essential infrastructure projects and develop your commercial expertise within a leading delivery partner
