Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - NEC Contracts (Permanent)\n\nLocation: London\n Industry: Civil Engineering\n Employment Type: Permanent\n Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum + Benefits\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking an ambitious and driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team. Working across NEC-based contracts, you will support the delivery of key infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency, contractual compliance, and successful commercial performance.\n\nThis role offers strong career progression and the opportunity to develop towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.\n\nWith the additional projects secured and their existing client their projects can range from £5 to £100M+.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAssist in the commercial management of NEC contracts across live projects\nPrepare and review bills of quantities, estimates, and cost plans\nSupport valuations, variations, and final accounts\nConduct measurement and pricing of works\nParticipate in procurement and tender processes\nMaintain cost control, forecasting, and project reporting\nWork closely with project delivery teams and external stakeholders \n\nRequirements\n\nDegree in Quantity Surveying or similar (or equivalent experience)\n2-5 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within civil or construction\nStrong working knowledge of NEC contract forms\nExcellent numerical, communication, and negotiation skills\nProactive attitude with strong attention to detail\nCompetent in MS Office and relevant QS software \n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary & company benefits\nClear progression pathway to Senior Quantity Surveyor\nProfessional development & training support\nOpportunity to work on major and innovative projects\nSupportive and collaborative team culture## \n\nIf this role seems of interest to you, please apply and contact us direct
