Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Healthcare Project (Bournemouth)\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a live healthcare project based in Bournemouth.\n\nThe project has approximately 8 months remaining and would suit a freelance Senior QS with the relevant experience. There is also the opportunity for a permanent position, with the role transitioning to our Southampton area office upon project completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for valuations, management of variations, subcontract administration, cost forecasting, and supporting dispute resolution under NEC contracts.\n\nRequirements:\n\nApplicants should have post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with proven experience working on healthcare projects and NEC forms of contract. MEP experience is , although strong generalist Quantity Surveyors with relevant project experience will also be considered.\n\nContract Type:\n\nFreelance or Permanent\n\nLocation: Bournemouth (project based), with Southampton office for permanent roles\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project team and contribute to the successful delivery of a major healthcare scheme
