Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential Contractor Basingstoke, Hampshire £60,000–£75,000 Bonus Car Allowance Healthcare Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for more ownership, less red tape and the chance to work on genuinely high-end private residential builds? This position gives a Quantity Surveyor autonomy, progression and exposure to super-prime projects without London commuting. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Director, run your own jobs, and step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role as the business grows from £12m to £25m turnover. The Role Full commercial responsibility for your own high-spec residential projects. Procurement, tendering and subcontractor management. Valuations, variations, CVRs and cost reporting. Budget tracking, forecasting and financial performance. Close collaboration with site teams to maintain programme and profit. Why Join This Contractor?
