Quantity Surveyor in Central London

Opportunities exist, inside IR35, for standalone project Quantity Surveyors with civil engineering infrastructure experience managing the commercials on 2-3 projects simultaneously to the value of £2- £5m each. Your duties will include Oversee procurement of subcontractors, materials, and services Manage cost reporting, forecasts, and financial tracking Process payments and manage subcontractor accounts Support project teams with valuations, variations, and final accounts Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations The requirement for this opportunity includes BSc/ Dip Quantity Surveying or similar Proven experience managing multiple smaller projects simultaneously Full project life cycle experience (from start to handover) Strong understanding of procurement and cost management Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent stakeholder management If you keen to be considered for this opportunity, then load your CV here now
