About the role of Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a specialist facades and cladding subcontractor with a turnover of over £90mill. They are currently involved in a huge city - shaping project in Cardiff alongside a huge tier 1 main contractor. They have developed and tested a custom acoustic ceiling cassette produce, fabricating over 500 units off site.

They are looking for a facades experienced Surveyor with a degree and to be within commutable distance to Cardiff.

Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor

Issuing subcontractor tender enquiries and evaluating returned quotations
Procuring subcontractors and materials
Working closely with estimating, design and procurement teams.
Prepare and submit client valuations and applications for payment
