Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential

Basingstoke, Hampshire

£50,000 - £70,000 + Benefits



The Opportunity

Join a thriving, high-end residential contractor delivering luxury homes across southern England. This is a hands-on Quantity Surveyor role with a chance to manage commercial and cost aspects across premium residential developments. What You’ll Be Doing



Managing tenders, contracts, and procurement for high-spec residential projects.

Overseeing valuations, progress reports, and cost control on live sites.

Engaging with subcontractors, negotiating rates, and reviewing variations.

Monitoring project budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with forecasts.

Providing commercial advice to project teams to support timely, profitable decision-making. About the Employer

What We’re Looking For



Previous QS experience, preferably on high-spec residential projects.

Strong commercial awareness and a practical approach to cost management.

Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, and contract variations.

Proficiency in valuations, progress reporting, and budget monitoring.

Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive mindset. What You’ll Get in Return
