In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects across roofing, cladding, and faades. Your key responsibility will be to ensure robust financial control throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion. You will also play a vital role in managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, driving commercial performance and ensuring successful delivery on every project. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, with applications welcomed from a range of sector backgrounds.
