Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Active Fire
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per year + Van + Fuel Card
Location: Chigwell

We're seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team, specialising in Active Fire Systems. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring quality and safety standards are met on every project.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n

  Carrying out quality checks on engineers' work to ensure compliance with project specifications.

\n

  Conducting health and safety inspections on-site.

  \n

\n

• \n

  Supporting the project team with cost control, valuations, and progress monitoring.

  \n

\n

• \n

  Assisting with procurement and managing subcontractor packages.

  \n

\n

• \n

  Producing reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.

  \n

\n

\nWhat We're Looking For:\n

  Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (active fire systems or construction experience desirable).

  \n

\n

• \n

  Strong understanding of quality and health & safety standards.

  \n

\n

• \n

  Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  \n

\n

• \n

  A proactive, detail-oriented approach.

  \n

\n

• \n

  Full UK driving licence.

  \n
