Konker is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in central Manchester. The firm has a and European client base and is recognised as a Building Top 150 Consultancy for its ambitious and efficient approach. They prioritise career development, supporting employees through professional accreditation pathways and advanced cost management training.

In this role, you will take responsibility for cost management and commercial oversight of projects while working closely with clients and project teams. This is a client-facing position offering significant responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the Manchester office.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Pre- and post-contract quantity surveying and cost management
• Tendering, procurement, and contract administration
• Client advisory and financial reporting

About You:

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
• Consultancy experience with proven track record in project cost management and client liaison
