Quantity Surveyor – £100m Mixed-Use Development North London Up to £75,000 Package (Hybrid working) ️ Main Contractor | Residential, Commercial & Student Accommodation Overview: An established, family-owned main contractor with operations across the UK and Ireland is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a £100m mixed-use development in North London . This high-profile scheme forms part of a wider regeneration masterplan and includes a blend of residential units, student accommodation , and commercial space . The successful candidate will support the Senior and Lead Commercial Manager on this landmark scheme while gaining experience across all commercial phases — with a clear route to Senior QS .
