The Project This multi-phase scheme will deliver thousands of high-quality homes alongside parks, schools, and retail spaces – a true regeneration project with lasting impact. With construction now underway, they are looking to expand their commercial team with an experienced and driven Quantity Surveyor.



The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part of the commercial delivery team, responsible for managing costs and contracts across various phases of the development. Your duties will include:



Managing subcontractor procurement and valuations

Cost planning, forecasting, and budget control

Supporting contract negotiations and managing variations

Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior commercial leadership

Working collaboratively with design, technical, and site teams



About You

Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a developer or main contractor

Background in residential projects (RC frame and/or traditional build desirable)

Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail

Knowledge of JCT contracts and UK construction regulations

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field
